Let's face it, we all feel like having dessert once in a while. That's what special occasions are for. But when you are desperately craving something sweet and delicious on an ordinary day, this Chia Pudding with Fruit is just perfect!


It's not only incredibly tasty but it's also incredibly easy. Plus, it's full of anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids so what's not to like. Just make sure you chew those chia seeds well to get the full benefit!





Quick & Easy Chia Pudding with Fruit


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (4 Tbsps) chia seeds

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened

  • 2 tsps maple syrup, optional

  • Fruits for topping

  • jars or glasses for serving


Instructions

  1. Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well.

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes then mix again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

  3. Cover the jar and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Before serving, give the chia pudding another stir and top with your favorite fruit.
